Code of Ethics

Our travel company is an organization participating in the international and national tourism process, recognizing and accepting the principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism.

The contribution of tourism to mutual understanding and respect between nations and societies.

  • Respect for religious, philosophical and moral convictions;

  • Warning clients about riots or a possible threat in the direction that was chosen by the client;

  • Familiarize customers with the features and characteristics of selected countries.

Tourism is a factor of individual and collective improvement.

  • Respect the equality of men and women in relation to clients;

  • Stimulate innovation and introduce new products and technologies;

  • Remember that our activities affect the quality of life.

Tourism is a factor of sustainable development.

  • Comply with the preservation of the natural environment and resources;

  • Take care of the efficient use of resources;

  • Take care of the aesthetics of the occupied land.

 

Tourism is a sphere that uses the cultural heritage of mankind and contributes to its enrichment.

 

Tourism is an activity that benefits host countries and communities.

  • To develop tourism for the local population;

  • Adjust tour packages according to seasonality.

Responsibilities of participants in the tourism process.

  • Provide truthful information about the destinations of the voucher;

  • Take into account all the features of clients depending on their religion, lifestyle, etc.;

  • Alert customers about difficult economic situations in the destinations of the voucher.

The right to tourism

  • Work on the universal right to tourism, which is a consequence of the right to rest and recreation;

  • Try to stimulate the development of family, youth and student tourism.

Freedom of tourist travel

  • Work in accordance with Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights tourists and visitors have, subject to international law and national laws, freedom of movement within the territory of their countries, as well as from one state to another; they should be able to access transit and residence zones, as well as tourist and cultural sites, without being subjected to excessive formalities or discrimination.

  • Rights of workers and entrepreneurs in the tourism industry

  • Fulfill their obligations in relation to employees, in accordance with labor legislation and an employment contract concluded with an employee;

Implementation of the principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism

  • The public and private actors in the tourism process shall cooperate in the implementation of these principles and shall supervise their effective application.

Code of Conduct of Professional Travel Guide

  • Must comply with applicable laws, regulations and accepted rules of conduct.

  • Must always demonstrate a willingness to provide optimal support to customers, as well as give tourists the opportunity to enjoy or visit their desired location.

  • In no way discriminates in the provision of services to any tourist on any grounds, for example, ethnicity, nationality, physical activity, age, etc.

  • Must be impartial, positive and objectively represent their country.

  • Must be dressed appropriately at all times depending on the location of the excursion.

  • Must always adhere to the principles of responsibility, punctuality, honesty, integrity and tactics.

  • Must conduct the tour program / itinerary according to the voucher that the clients received from the tour organizer and in accordance with the requirements of the employer. The guide must express loyalty to the company he / she represents.

  • Must avoid creating conflict situations between clients and, in the event of a conflict, make every effort to eliminate it.

  • Must report any injury or death to the nearest tourist authority, police station and company, and in any incident, an “Incident Report” questionnaire is completed.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of the history, culture, ethnography, geography, botanical and zoological diversity of our region.

  • Must comply with the ban on alcoholic beverages for the entire tour or smoking during the program

  • Must refrain from self-administering or administering any medication to the client.

  • Never asks for tips from clients.

  • Always cares about the safety of tourists.

  • Respectfully treats all people, environmental cults, and demands the same from clients.

  • The guide must contribute to the conservation of the fund of wild animals and valuable plants in nature and avoid visiting shopping outlets by tourists where souvenirs made from animal body parts, as well as any other endangered species of flora and fauna, historical and archaeological artifacts can be sold

  • Must explain sustainability issues and principles of green tourism to clients in accordance with the company's Sustainability Policy
